A few kilometres from Bagni di Pisa, the Carrara marble quarries are the perfect setting for a four-wheel drive jeep outing, discovering the spectacular landscapes where some of the most famous sculptures in the world were sourced. At the end of the tour, we can taste the famous Lardo di Colonnata and discover all the ancient secrets of its preparation.
